The form asks you not to include medical details. Please do not send health information through the website; we discuss your needs by phone or in person.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

How We Use It

We use your request only to contact you about your appointment. Requests are delivered to the practice by email and are not stored on the website. Our email provider keeps delivered messages for a limited time under its own retention policy.

Who Processes It

• Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from spam and abuse, and may run a privacy-friendly check (Turnstile) on the form.
• Resend delivers the form to the practice by email.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. A parent or guardian should send requests for a child.
